Brian Nichols, MPT, ATC
Brian received his undergraduate degree from Boise State University in Athletic Training and Master Degree in Physical Therapy at Idaho State University graduating in 1996. Brian’s areas of clinical emphasis are general orthopedics, sports medicine, and occupational medicine. He has participated in extensive continuing education courses with focus on orthopedic and sports physical therapy. He enjoys being able to challenge patients to reach their physical potential and return to their active lifestyle. Injury prevention is always a part of his therapy instruction and his patients know that he really cares about them. Brian has lived in Idaho all of his life and has lived in Star since 2000. Brian likes the small town atmosphere Star has to offer. He enjoys the outdoors of Idaho with his wife and three children.
Judianne Nichols, MPT
Judianne attended Boise State University graduating with a Degree in Health Science. She received her Master Degree in Physical Therapy from Idaho State University in 1998. Her areas of clinical interest are orthopedics, balance and gait, osteoporosis, and posture. Judianne dedicates time with each patient utilizing hands-on treatment techniques and therapeutic exercises to maximize results. She believes physical therapy should address the whole person to ensure well being. She loves to see how therapy can benefit every individual and the changes in their life it can make. Judianne grew up in Idaho. She enjoys spending time with her family camping, boating, ATVing, hiking, and traveling.
Lindsey DeCloss, MPT
Lindsey received her bachelor's degree in Applied Health Science form Azusa Pacific University. She then went on to attend Physical Therapy School at University California San Francisco where she received a Master's of Science degree in Physical Therapy 2005. Lindsey has worked in general orthopedics, home health, and acute rehab since becoming a physical therapist 10 years ago, and enjoys the process of working with her patients to regain their full functional activity level. Her special area of interest include balance, postural training for fall prevention, and sports medicine. Lindsey moved from California with her family in 2008. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, cycling, reading, and playing baseball with her two

Kari Ruby, PTA, LMT
Kari has over 6 years of experience in therapeutic/medical environments. She is a graduate of the Milan Institute. Kari specializes in therapeutic massage techniques including swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and hot stone. She entered the field of massage therapy for the purpose of helping people. Kari is also a physical therapy assistant and is very knowledgeable of the human body and injuries that can occur. Kari will provide a massage to help you relax or to address specific areas of pain. Kari grew up in Idaho. When she has some down time she enjoys being with her husband and kids.
