INSURANCE

We are preferred providers for most major insurance companies. When you schedule your initial appointment, our staff will verify your insurance coverage

and physical therapy benefits. At your initial visit, the receptionist will review your insurance coverage with you so it is clear what your fiscal responsibility

will be. You may be responsible for a co-pay (due at time of service) or co-insurance. You may also be responsible for a deductible. We would be more than

happy to call you before you come in for your initial appointment to review coverage and answer any questions you may have about your plan.

Idaho is a direct access state. A doctor referral is not needed to receive

physical therapy. Insurance coverage without a referral varies depending

on your particular plan. We can assist you in determining your coverage.
