NorthStar Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned and operated clinic founded in 2004 by Brian Nichols, MPT, ATC

and Judianne Nichols, MPT. We had been residents of Star since 2000 and recognized a need for convenient

services in Star. Since opening we have been passionate about providing the highest quality physical therapy

services to our community. During the summer of 2009 NorthStar moved into a larger location to better meet the

growing needs of our clients.

NorthStar Physical Therapy is easily accessible. We have state of the art rehabilitation equipment to provide

therapy to a full spectrum of diagnoses and ages. Private treatment rooms allow patients to feel comfortable and

relaxed during their rehabilitation. The atmosphere is very friendly, professional, and supportive for healing.

Extreme care is taken in keeping our facility and equipment clean and sanitized at all times. We offer extended

appointment hours to assist our clients with the demands of their busy lives.

Patients are scheduled with the same therapist throughout their rehab for consistency in care and to optimize

outcomes. Patients receive hands-on, one on one care from their skilled clinician and a personalized treatment

plan. Patient’s participation in their recovery is essential and we provide self empowerment through patient

education. We believe communication between the therapist, patient, and physician is also a key component to

desirable results.
